Roderick Iain Allister Hoffensetz
Roderick Hoffensetz is the Principal of Hoffensetz Solicitors. He has a wealth of experience covering 32 years experience as both a Barrister and Solicitor. He has worked across a number of litigation practice areas including investigating and pursuing compulsory third party claims, motor vehicle accidents, compensation and injury law, insurance law, commercial litigation, debt recovery and building and construction litigation. He has experience in appearing in all state court jurisdictions and otherwise in the Federal Court and High Court of Australia for clients. If you have any litigation or dispute resolution matter, then he can assist you.
